Order Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/message with tracking details (if available).

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery typically takes 7–9 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to customs, weather, carrier delays, peak seasons, remote areas, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided after shipment. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address, ZIP/postal code, and contact information are correct at checkout.

  • Additional shipping fees or delays may occur if a package is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or unclaimed packages.

Lost/Damaged/Delivery Issues

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please check with household members/neighbors/front desk and around the delivery location first.

  • If the issue persists, contact us within 72 hours with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier and provide assistance (replacement/claim, as applicable).
